- March 15: Clergy Evaluation Forms and Instructions Sent Out (due June 1)
- April 1: Annual Housing Allowance Review Notice and Instructions sent out (due June 1)
- April 1: Parsonage Review Notice and Instructions sent out (due June 15)
- April 12: Announcement Sunday
- June 24: Moving Day
- Fall Charge Conference (Find your date here.)
- PPR Report due 10 days prior to CC
- Mid November: Joint Preference Forms and Instructions sent out (due Jan. 1, 2027)

Clergy Evaluation Instructions
Forms are due JUNE 1, 2026
Please use this form for your Clergy Evaluation.
Please return a scan to Lynnmanley@vaumc.org by June 1, 2026.
If you prefer to mail it, please send it to Lynn Manley, Mission Rivers District, PO BOX 400, Montpelier, VA 23192. If you plan to drop it off at the district office in Yorktown, please send an email to Lynn so she knows the status.
All Pastors need an evaluation – regardless of whether they are retiring, moving, going on leave, going on extension, staying at the same appointment, etc.
